Whitehall Square is a landmark mixed scheme, which provides 121 apartments across four and five floors and 8,000sqft of retail space at ground floor level. Many of the apartments are dual aspect, looking out towards the city and offering peaceful views over the feature landscaped inner courtyard.
Double height MC sloped curtain walling was used for the living rooms of the penthouse apartments and to enclose an impressive atrium at the corner entrance.
Around 500 dual colour FXi52 windows and balcony doors were finished in dark blue externally to contrast with white rendering and brick cladding. The systems incorporate curved profiles for a more contemporary appearance and an efficient 15mm flush polyamide break for superior thermal performance.
